The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00. It is closed on Sunday and Monday.
How do I book a treatment online?
You book in three steps: you choose the treatment, then the time, then you give your first name, phone number and email. No account or password is needed, and you receive a confirmation by email.
Do I have to pay online when I book?
No. No payment is asked for online: you pay for your treatment at the salon. The price shown on the site is the price you pay.
Does the salon offer laser hair removal?
No. SIMEHA Institut offers waxing, with hot or warm wax depending on the area and the skin type. The salon does not offer laser hair removal or IPL.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes. The confirmation email contains a personal link that lets you view and cancel your appointment without a password. If something comes up at the last minute, call the salon.
